How do I get activated for the website?
For active customers: Activation can take up to 24 hours (Please contact your designated account manager upon registration to expedite activation.)
For new customers: After you are assigned, please contact your designated account manager to give you details as to what we need to get you activated.

My login information from the previous website is not working. What do I do?
The login information from the previous website is not transferrable to the new website, so please register by clicking "Create an Account." It is a brief one page form where you will be able to create a new username and password. Please keep a record of your password as it is confidential to your company. We do not have access to your passwords.

Why can't I purchase through the website?
The website is not designed for retail check-outs. It is an information portal to be utilized to provide product knowledge and function through direct correspondence with our account managers.

Why isn't an item on the website that is in my catalog?
The catalog is updated annually, while the website is updated daily, so the items you are not seeing are most likely discontinued products.
